This page explains what Salvanta AI LLC (“Salvanta”, “we”) does with the information you share through this website. It is short because we collect little: what you type into our form, what you send us, and basic visit statistics.
What we collect
Sample requests: your work email, company website, a one-line description of what you sell, and the target accounts you name (optional).
Messages and bookings: anything you email us, and the details you give when you book a call through Calendly.
Visit data: pages viewed, referrer, country and device type from our website analytics. Your IP address is also processed by our hosting provider (Framer) and by Google, which serves our fonts, when your browser loads a page.
How we use it
To prepare and email the sample you asked for, and to follow up about it.
To reply to you and schedule calls.
To understand how the website is used and improve it.
To keep the website secure and to meet legal obligations.
We use the accounts you name only to run your sample. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the website and handle requests: Framer (website hosting and forms), Google (email and fonts) and Calendly (call booking). We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or as part of a sale of the business.
We email you the sample and may follow up about it. We do not send newsletters. Reply “stop” to any message, or write to hello@salvanta.ai, and we will stop.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact, then we delete or anonymize it. If you become a customer, our agreement with you governs your data.
Where it is processed
Salvanta is based in the United States, so your information is processed there. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering your request and running our business, and on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where they apply to the transfer.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, delete, restrict or export your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@salvanta.ai. We answer within one month. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
